Candidate Referral:


Check out our Jobs section and think about who you know that matches the job description. Complete the Candidate Referral form. If we place the person into any of our client companies, you qualify for the candidate referral bonus.
Client Referral:


Know of a company that utilizes the services of temporary/consulting or placement agencies? Give us the contact name at that company and if we complete a placement there, you qualify for the client referral bonus.

Advanced Referral Rewards 
Terms and Conditions

  1. Should a candidate or client referral be submitted more than once, Advanced will honor the first referring party only.
  2. A person will be paid only one referral bonus per candidate or per client referred to Advanced. However, there is no limit on the number of candidates or clients a person can refer.
  3. $100 in Milford Money for referrals placed in a temporary assignment is paid once the referral works a minimum of 100 hours in any combination of temporary assignments for Advanced Placement.
  4. $250 in Milford Money for referrals placed in a permanent position is paid once the referral completes 90 days of work at their new position from the start date.
  5. $250 in Milford Money for client referrals is paid once a temporary or permanent position has been filled by Advanced Placement.
  6. Individual referrals are unlimited. You may submit as many referrals as you like.
