The Temporary Solution

Temporary employees are typically supplied to companies in need of special projects, additional coverage during vacation or leaves, or simply to fill a vacant position while seeking a "permanent" employee. During the time the temporary employee is working with you, Advanced remains the Employer of Record, handling all payroll, insurances, paperwork, and tax responsibilities. Your CPC keeps in constant communication with you and the temporary employee during the assignment.

The Temp to Hire Arrangement

Advanced clients may take advantage of a "temp to hire" placement, creating a risk free probationary period while Advanced Placement is the Employer of Record. For you, this means no unemployment, workers compensation or other staffing costs. You and the employee can take this time to evaluate the relationship and the fit and then make a commitment with total confidence.

Direct Hire Placement

This service is offered to our clients on a contingency basis. The recruiting fee is based on a percentage of the employee’s first years’ earnings. Your Certified Personnel Consultant listens to your needs and works with you in complete discretion. Our job does not end with the placement. Your CPC will stay in contact with both you and your employer.

Retained Search

To assist those businesses that are in a staffing mode, we have come up with a three tier solution for the abundance of responses they are getting to their job openings. This is a solution to those companies that either do not have staff internally to sift through resumes or, are bogged down with more important duties. We screen the responses for job openings and present the hiring firm with the top 10 candidates for the job.

At the second tier, we will pre-screen all 10 candidates via a telephone interview. Selecting the top three or four candidates.

Third, and final, we will bring these candidates into our office for face to face interviews and provide a full report to the hiring company.

This type of staffing is also convenient for companies that wish to remain anonymous. Companies can utilize one, two, or all three tiers.
